Service Description
Consultation on how to prepare your file for 3D printing, time required to print with our machines, and quote for our 3D printing services.
Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms: 1. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice. 2. A non-refundable fee of $15 will be charged for booking cancellation of less than 24 hours. 3. Any files that require editing or adjustments by us before or during the appointment will incur a fee of $15 per hour for preparation and adjustments. 4. Adjusted files will be sent to the client for final approval before proceeding. Once approved, we are not liable for any issues that arise from the execution of the project based on the approved files.
